The consultation
A free conversation about your work, your data, and your goals. We ask what you would actually load into the system on day one. If private AI is not right for you, we say so kindly and clearly, and recommend nothing.
The proposal
A written document tailored to you: software profile, workflows, timeline, and a fixed project price. Hardware is quoted separately, in writing, before anything is ordered.
The build
Your system is assembled, configured, and run through a written test checklist before it ever reaches you: models, document workspace, backups, secure local defaults, and user accounts.
The handoff
A walkthrough session for you or your team, documentation written for humans, and a defined support window while you settle in. Then it is yours, fully.
