Privacy Policy
Plain English, because a privacy-first company should have a privacy policy you can actually read. Last updated June 12, 2026.
The short version
This website collects almost nothing. The only personal information we receive is what you type into our contact or newsletter forms, or email to us, and we use it solely to respond to you and deliver what you asked for. We do not sell data, we do not run ad trackers, and the AI systems we deliver are specifically designed so that we never see your data at all.
What this site collects
- Nothing automatic beyond standard server logs. Our web server keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser type) for security and troubleshooting, retained briefly and not used for profiling.
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no marketing cookies.
- Form submissions. If you submit a form, we receive the information you entered. If the direct submission endpoint is unavailable, your browser opens your own email app instead, and the message travels as ordinary email from you to us.
How we use form and email information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls you request.
- To deliver materials you asked for.
- If you subscribed to updates, to send occasional relevant notes. Every such email includes a working unsubscribe, and asking once is enough.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with basic service providers needed to operate, such as our email provider, or if the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to handle your request and our ordinary business records. Email [email protected] at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will honor the request unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
About customers' data
This deserves its own line: the private AI systems we deliver run on your hardware, on your network. Your prompts, documents, and AI outputs are processed locally and are not transmitted to us. We have no remote access to your system unless you explicitly and temporarily enable it for a support session.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. We will not quietly weaken it.
