Terms
Terms & Disclaimers
The plain-English ground rules for using this website and understanding what our products do and do not promise. Last updated June 12, 2026.
Who we are
Unlimited Local AI provides technology setup services, hardware integration, and educational materials for local AI systems. By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. Individual purchases are governed by the written proposal or order terms you receive, which control if they conflict with this page.
Built to order
We do not maintain hardware inventory. Every system is built to order after a consultation and your approval of a written proposal; hardware is quoted separately. A setup package is available for customers who already own compatible hardware.
Educational content only
Everything on this site is educational and informational. It is not legal advice, not tax advice, not compliance advice, and not cybersecurity advice. Templates must be reviewed and adapted by your own qualified advisors before you rely on them.
No compliance certification
Our products and services do not make you compliant with HIPAA, SOC 2, state privacy laws, bar rules, industry frameworks, or any other regulation or standard. A local system can reduce third-party exposure of sensitive data and thereby support your confidentiality obligations; whether your overall program is compliant is a determination only you and your advisors can make.
No security or breach-prevention guarantee
We configure systems with careful, conservative security defaults, and we still make no guarantee against security incidents, breaches, data loss, or misuse. No honest vendor can. You remain responsible for physical security, user access control, passwords, your network, and ongoing security decisions after handoff.
AI output can be wrong
AI systems, including everything we install, produce output that can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or confidently wrong. AI output is a draft and a tool, not a professional work product. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
Model and software licenses
Open AI models and open-source software carry their own licenses, which vary and can restrict commercial use. We review licenses as part of setup and flag what applies, but you must review and accept applicable licenses before commercial use.
Hardware and third parties
Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by us. We are an independent company: no affiliation with, partnership with, or endorsement by NVIDIA or any model publisher is implied. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to this website, our materials, or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions, so parts may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version lives at this page with its date above. Questions: [email protected].
