For core daily use the system needs no internet connection. In that configuration there is no vendor account holding your prompts and no usage log outside your walls. Optional connections such as updates, remote support, or internet search communicate externally only when you configure or authorize them, and each one is documented at handoff.

One fixed price: $11,995, for up to 10 users. A $3,995 deposit books your build; the $8,000 balance is due after installation and your acceptance walkthrough. Hardware is itemized in writing in your quote before anything is ordered. No monthly fees.

- A 30-day keep-or-return option: if the system is not a fit, we remove it and refund everything except a $1,500 setup fee.
What is not included
- Legal advice, compliance certification, or any compliance guarantee. The system supports confidentiality obligations; your professional duties remain your own.
- Practice management integrations, custom model training, or managed IT services (available by separate quote).
- Internet-facing access. The appliance is local network only by design.

Where do our documents actually go?
Core prompt processing, document indexing, and answer generation run on your local system. Optional connections such as software updates, temporary remote support, internet search, and integrations can communicate externally when you configure or authorize them, and each one is listed in your handoff pack. We do not claim data never leaves unless your specific configuration has been scoped and tested to operate that way.
Is this compliant with our bar obligations?
We do not make compliance claims and we do not give legal advice. What we provide is architecture: your client information stays on hardware you own, inside your office, which is the posture your confidentiality analysis starts from. Review your obligations with your own advisors.
How good are the answers?
Strong for document Q&A and drafting support, and every answer shows the source passages it drew from so you can verify in one click. It is an assistant, not an associate: everything it produces requires human professional review.
What if it breaks?
Your install includes documented backup and reset procedures, a 30-day support window, and plain-language documentation written so any competent technician can maintain the system. Optional care plans are available after that.
Why not just use ChatGPT Team or a legal AI subscription?
Those can be reasonable tools, and some firms use both. The difference is structural: cloud tools process your matters on infrastructure someone else operates, under terms that can change, with per-seat fees forever.
